As the President of ENCON, my goal is to ensure we always provide a fantastic experience for our customers and be the best place for top HVAC technicians, installers, and professionals to work and build their careers.

I joined ENCON because I wanted a company that offered stability and opportunities for career growth. This stability has provided a strong foundation to support my family and room to grow professionally. It was also a place where I could use my engineering background to work as part of a team that designs, installs, and services great HVAC systems every day.

For anyone entering the HVAC trade, my best advice is to work hard while staying curious and continually learning. The industry is always changing with new technologies and regulations, so being adaptable and eager to learn will help you stand out. Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients is also crucial; effective communication and trust are key to success in this field.
