Our HVAC technicians specialize in providing peace of mind to our customers by completing service calls, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial customers. We build relationships with customers to help them be comfortable in their homes and be satisfied with their heating and cooling equipment.

We use the latest technology to repair equipment and have access to training and development tools to advance our careers. Regarding schedules there are limited trips to the office in Stratford, CT. Parts for jobs are delivered to techs the night before to their home where they can keep an Encon service truck. This means techs do not have to come into the office to pick up parts and equipment. You would enjoy this career if you like working independently but like having the support of an expert team at your fingertips to answer your questions and lead you in the right direction.

Technicians that excel in this role build relationships with their customers, do what is necessary to ensure their peace of mind and satisfaction regarding their cooling and heating equipment. You must be a team player and ensure a job well done. You must possess a desire to go above and beyond for customers.
