You will need these frequently requested skills to really do well:
Facilities handles everything from carpentry, to plumbing, and landscaping, order and maintain inventory of office materials including kitchen and bathroom supplies, work with vendors, and ad hoc projects.
Ensure all printers are in working order. Building maintenance, safety and fire inspections, upkeep contracts for maintenance of the building facilities such as elevator, landscaping, janitorial services, mail distribution, and shipping. Order and set up for special events. Build and order furniture and complete office moves as personnel changes occur.
A Day in the Life of a Team Member in our Facilities team
Morning
Verify emails. Review inventory of supplies, ensure facilities such as restrooms are clean, and the building premises are safe.
Midmorning
Landscape premises such as snow removal or gardening. Order supplies as needed.
Afternoon
Check bathrooms, empty garbage bins, process mail received, and re-review email received.
