The fabricators use measurements and creativity to create HVAC duct works to fit a variety of spaces and layouts. Different to other HVAC companies, Encon has its own specialty team that can customize ducts for any layout.
Encon has two Shop’s- residential and commercial with a large variety of customized equipment and machinery. We train our team to handle welding, insulating, and assembly of ducts using sheet metal. To enjoy working in the Shop you must like to use your dexterity skills and find working in a group setting and collaborating with others rewarding.
A Day in the Life of the Fabricators in the “Shop”
Morning
Go over job sheets with field crew leaders. Read over emails to ensure we have all the needs outlined out for the day.
Midmorning
Machines are turned-on, and we begin to create fittings and ducts for HVAC systems in an assembly line setting.
Afternoon
Final product is assembled, checked, and moved out to the warehouse for loading for the next day.
