As the Executive Vice President at ENCON, I bring a lifetime of passion and experience in architecture and construction. Growing up in a family deeply entrenched in the construction industry, I developed an early fascination with the field that has guided me throughout my career.

When challenges arise, I stay calm and reflect on how past leaders successfully navigated similar situations. My ability to remain composed and make informed decisions has become a significant asset in my role.

For anyone entering the HVAC industry, I always emphasize the importance of staying committed, outworking the competition, and to never stop learning. This philosophy aligns perfectly with ENCON's culture, can be described as dedicated, trustworthy, and reliable.
